[ubuntu-x] Ibex x server a little TOO hot-pluggy?

A few ideas:
1) it might be a feature of the new nvidia driver?
2) it might have been happening before, but I just didn't notice,
since the cluster is new?
3) wine might be crashing X?

Anyway, you can just ignore this for now, I'm sure
I'll have more data later.  For the moment I'm
leaving a monitor plugged into the one system
with an nvidia graphics card, on the chance that
it's nvidia-specific.
