[ubuntu-x] xorg-edgers mesa + DRI2

Hi,

I've been playing with the xorg-edgers PPA, and discovered that I
couldn't make the DRI2 code with the intel batch-buffer branch work
against the version of mesa being shipped in that PPA.

I think the answer is to compile the dri drivers with -DTTM_API added to
DEFINES = .... in the configs, otherwise certain code-paths are
short-circuited to return NULL.
