[ubuntu-x] vmmouse in Ubuntu

Hi Philip,

We had some build failures with -vmmouse after upgrading to xserver
1.6.  It looks like OSMouse was dropped from the xserver (b89a5924).
I got around the failures by putting that header file into the vmmouse
package and tweaking the InitPointerDeviceStruct() call.  But I think
the driver will require some deeper attention to make it up to date with
xserver 1.6.
