[ubuntu-x] Patch for xserver-xgl

Bryce suggested that I post here when I had a patch ready for xserver-xgl
and its misrepresentation about the version of randr it implements.

This is my first c patch for a debian based system, so it should wait until
it can get a good look-over. The patch is at

Since I'm a newbie it's good that the patch is only 3 lines.

I believe the wrong version indication misled gnome-settings-daemon and
gnome-display-properties causing crashes.
