[UbuntuWomen] Oct. 2014 Meeting Reminder

I like the ideas here and think we should add another pathway within the
matrix, probably after they choose how much knowledge of Ubuntu they have,
then do the time decision, and provide the final result after that. I like
the idea of adding design/digital art in there a lot. I'll work on it more
today and see how we can fit these items in.
