For the longest time, #ubuntu-women has been the CC approved[0]
channel for UW. So, a +1 to an unlogged #ubuntu-women-offtopic (feel
free to suggest another name) channel that we can use for
social/incident reporting, etc.... It goes without saying that this in
no way implies safety or privacy of any kind. We are still using a
public medium.
