For those using XChat as an IRC client, I just learned that Seveas
released a new version of his script for opers:
http://github.com/seveas/chanserv.py/raw/master/chanserv.py
It makes it easier & quicker to kick/ban/remove/mute bad people, to
change the topic, etc.
