[UbuntuWomen] Channel names/logging

For those that are new to UW, its nicer if we informing them at the

+1 I agree, I'd like to see -women being the main channel, logged and
yes point out it's being logged, if people want to discuss something
elsewhere that's fine also, and we can point them at the other channel.
-women is known, and is the main point of contact we've promoted in the
past, I'd like to see this continue.
