women base (namely, forum and list members) _while_ seeking to get
newcomers and community members. They are not exclusively disjunct.

I just checked the IRC discussion logs and dont recall anyone proposing this.

They did however point out lacunae in the process (discussions held on
unlogged irc) and agreed that this should be rectified and IIRC, you
were also one of the people who suggested the "process" discussions be
taken to the mailing list. *shrug*
