[UbuntuWomen] Proposing a mentoring framework

I added a couple of bits about co-ordinating directly with mentors and
mentees; I'm sure we'll discuss this in the meeting but if anyone else
has experiences or just thoughts abut mentoring, feel free to edit the
wiki or pipe up on the list :)
