It's going to depend on your hardware.  For me, Jaunty's an improvement 
because it has a much more stable iwlagn driver (for Intel 4965 wireless).

If you have a microphone built into a laptop screen and you rely on it, I 
don't recommend upgrading.  The majority are broken.
