Ahem, posts to UW-list by subscribers were _never_ moderated. However
did you all get that impression. However, most Ubuntu lists follow a
members-only posting policy, which is most likely not going to change
even with the addition of new admins as its too manpower intensive and
a waste of time. Hence, subscriber's are requested to use the mail-id
they subscribed with and not post from random email id's as it is
discarded automatically by MM. On each list non-members can always
mail *-owner at list.u.c to forward their mails to the list.
