[UbuntuWomen] call for list admins

I am with Liz here and maybe some more. I don't think list moderation
is a good thing for people new to ubuntu-women. There are hundreds of
things to do for new people but moderating a list needs some knowledge
of how our group works for one and also some security that that person
will not run off in a month or so.
This is in no way meant to discourage new people from getting
involved. But I think moderating a list is something to do after being
with us for a while.
