Hi to all!

Even if I'm member of this team since April, this is the very first time 
I write in this Mailing List.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Flavia, I'm a member of Italian 
Ubuntu LoCo Team since February 2008.

My involvement in Italian Community has been mostly in translation team, 
then, about a year ago I became coordinator of Italian Community press 
office.

I work as a journalist and I haven't technical skills, but I give an 
hand where is needed to write something.

After a quite long experience in Italian Community I'd like to meet 
other women involved in this project, because I'm the one girl in 
Italian LoCo team.

Moreover, I saw womens' presence in Italian Forum is growing, and I'd 
like to create a localized LP team.

Elizabeth Krumbach has told me you don't actually encourage separate 
Ubuntu Women

teams for localized areas, but I've realized that Italian people are 
generally embarrassed in foreign language.

I read that there is another Italian girl in this ML, I'll be glad to 
have her opinion about this idea and of course work with her, if she is 
interested and if you agree, to realize it.
