The plan is to migrate this tomorrow morning (around 11:00 UTC on
December 2nd), during which time our wiki will be fully locked down
and DNS changes will be put into place to point it at the new server.

I'll keep everyone updated as the move goes forward. Huge thanks to
the Canonical sysadmins for handling this for us :)
