In the Ubuntu community the names that come to mind are : Lydia
Pintscher (nick : nightrose) and Mirjam Waeckerlin, but I am not aware
if they live in Germany.
You could also try asking on the grrl-talk and grrls-only mailing
lists at www.linuxchix.org and IRC is #linuxchix on irc.linuxchix.org
(yeah, they run their own irc server :))
