Subject: #10 deadline

 Hi folks,

 As was mentioned in the meeting the other week (and just to give you
fair warning): the deadline for #10 is Sunday 3rd February.

 From now on, deadline for writers is the first Sunday of each month.

 From the first Sunday to the second Sunday of each month (3rd - 9th
Feb in this case) will be a full week of proof-reading and corrections
(using the wiki).

 Deadlines for proof-reading is the second Sunday of the month.

 Hopefully this will reduce edits come PDF preview time. We'll still
be doing at least one preview proofing before release to catch any
last minute mistakes.

 Also if anyone is unavailable for writing/proofing please put those
dates on the calendar.

 #9 is on schedule and ready for Friday release.  :-)
