Blacklisting offender IPs might work.
Also, some wikis have a system where every external link has to be
approved (in practice, it oftn works on a domain name level,
whitelisting "friendly" sites).
Something similar is <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nofollow>.
That way, the wiki probably won't be interesting for spammers anymore.
