[UbuntuWomen] Gathering feedback on problems

Hi all,

There has been a lot of controvosy and discussion recently, and I am
really keen to help understand and improve the situation in the Ubuntu
community. As such, I would like to gather your feedback about the
issues. I always find it easier to discuss things on the phone, and I am
more than happy to call any of you to discuss the issues and your
concerns, so feel free to mail me at jono AT ubuntu DOT com if you would
like to share some feedback with me.

Alternatively, feel free to mail me with your thoughts. I am
particularly interested in understanding where you feel the problems lie
in the Ubuntu community, where we excel, and how we can improve how
women are involved in our community. I have worked with Belinda, Melissa
and Sarah in the past, and I am keen to gather as much feedback as
possible from the rest of you so I can figure out some practical,
implementable things to work on. :)
