There are double layer DVDs [1]. However I would use a 8GB USB stick instead unless the designated machine doesn't boot from USB. But beware, backup any data you may still have on the USB stick because it will be overwritten. If you want to use a 4TB disk it should work, but again existing data would be overwritten.
