It looks like the indexes were update on May 20 06:13 AM (Zulu|UTC|?); see <
https://esm.ubuntu.com/apps/ubuntu/dists/>. I'm guessing that's pretty
close to the time you experienced the issue.

Maybe you should try again in an hour to see if it was a transient issue.
