scribus-doc package installs files as belonging to root

Hi,

Oops. The scribus doc directory is root. As in:-
usr/share/scribus$ ls -lhrtd doc
drwxr-xr-x 6 root root 4.0K Mar 11 20:23 doc

I believe that I can use this command to make the files visible to me:
sudo chown -R ian:ian doc

But I was wondering if there is a better username and group name to use
instead? That would be more suitable for a multi-user system.
