scribus-doc package installs files as belonging to root

Hi,

Is this the right place to post this?

Here is the proof:-
/usr/share$ ls -lhrtd scribus/
drwxr-xr-x 16 root root 4.0K Mar 11 20:23 scribus/

It is a trivial annoyance for me but might be a showstopper for some people.

I used Synaptic Package Manager to install scribus-doc.
