Zoom Video Image question

In addition to the points Karl made (check your room illumination and look
for a cover on the lens)

If your computer also has a built-in camera you may need to select the
camera you installed instead of the built-in one.

You might also try another app to see if your results are different. Try
the Cheese application in Ubuntu. (You may have to install it.) Are the
results similar in Cheese?
