Any Mikrotik router with a USB port.

Plug in your phone and the router sprouts a new interface. The phone
has to present as a modem of course - otherwise the Mikrotik will see
it as e.g. storage.

Most of those travel routers let you connect them to a router via
ethernet though, and bridge through them.
