5.15.0-113-generic and 6.5.0-41-generic kernels with NVIDIA card lost video

Step 7 is necessary to solve the issue. If you'd rather not do that
step, you can do steps 1 through 3 and choose the previous kernel so
that you can boot into the system.

I believe it's an NVIDIA issue since NVIDIA (creates and?)
either updates or fails to update the initrd file depending on the
circumstances.

I'm sorry, but I have no experience with Intel graphics cards.

Hopefully, either step 7 or steps 1 through 3 will get you through
until the next hopefully-successful NVIDIA/kernel update.
