Is its UEFI up to date? The company I link to above do offer updates:

This is probably much easier if you still have Windows installed. If
you are not dual booting, I'd contact them and ask.
You may be able to do it with the the Firmware tool in Ubuntu. It's an
optional install.
I'd make that troubleshooting step #1.
