According to their web site its a gaming machine.
$DEITY knows what stuff is inside it.

I am surprised and pleased to hear it. So you can install Ubuntu?

Try a dumpster in a commercial park or university. Lots of them get 
tossed in perfect working order because the replacement computer came 
with its own.

If you install Ubuntu, you should then be able to unplug the Apple 
keyboard and reboot and have the internal one get recognised in the 
normal way.
