I just borrowed an Apple USB keyboard, and that appeared to work. The Apple
keyboard isn't mine, so perhaps perhaps it wouldn't hurt me to buy a PC
one. Still, it defeats one of the prime functions of a laptop if I can only
use Ubuntu through a USB keyboard, and that makes me unhappy.
