Hi,
I had kind of similar problem last week because I change my pc with a
new one but asked the maker to use my 2 disk w11/12 canary and ubuntu
24.04, on a ryzen 9 7900x but I didn't imagine the kinds of problems I
would have
On web there are some sites which can help . Can you start in ubuntu ?
search dual boot w10 ubuntu .
grep -q "DISABLE_OS_PROBER" /etc/default/grub && sudo sed -i
's/^#GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER/GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER/' /etc/default/grub
|| sudo sed -i '/GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=/a\GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER=false'
/etc/default/grub
I tried this from here
https://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=2083517
I searched for fews days, installing a new ubuntu 24.04 because it's the
next ubuntu LTS.
You need to know where is your boot if sda or sdb if it's efi... And
more whitout these I can't help you at the end my problem was really
stupid fast secure boot false and time to boot from 1 to 5 second to get
a menu !
but if you can either boot from bios to w10 or ubuntu you can probably
do it ! Help you with google search
I can't not help you much maybe somesone can. But you need more to know
about your system
Best
