I never use "-y", and frequently use "-s" (simulate). If I did use the 
"-y" option, I would always use it with "-s" because I want to see 
what's going to change before the system is actually updated. If there 
is nothing unexpected shown in the output, then I remove "-s" and 
proceed with the package action.

/ is mounted on, well, /. The win10 ntfs volume mounts /mnt/win10
