I can't stand KMail myself, but it's still around and you can have it
if you want. TBH I do all my email in Gmail now and keep Thunderbird
around so I have a local backup, and for offline use when travelling.

Alas no. I still can't use my right arm for more than 1kg and I will
never regain more than a few degrees of rotation. I am crippled
forever now, and rather down about it.
