Why am I seeing this message about 'esm-apps' on just one system?

Hi,

is somebody able to answer Chris' question from Thu, 2023-03-16 at 14:13

For my Ventoy's Xubuntu 20.04.5 LTS different packages were mentioned
and I didn't enable anything related by myself.

FWIW on my Ventoy's Xubuntu 20.04.5 LTS those are the defaults I got
after attaching "pro":

"[snip]
This machine is now attached to 'Ubuntu Pro - free personal
subscription'

SERVICE ENTITLED STATUS DESCRIPTION
esm-apps yes enabled Expanded Security Maintenance for
Applications
esm-infra yes enabled Expanded Security Maintenance for
Infrastructure
fips yes disabled NIST-certified core packages
fips-updates yes disabled NIST-certified core packages with
priority security updates
livepatch yes enabled Canonical Livepatch service
usg yes disabled Security compliance and audit tools

NOTICES
Operation in progress: pro attach

Enable services with: pro enable <service>"

IOW it does look different to
https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-users/2023-March/309654.html .

Note, 20.04 LTS is still within standard support, so I suspect there
should be no need to attach "pro" to get all security updates.

Regards,
Ralf
