Stockholm Sweden looks more like a timezone, than locale. Locale would
probably be sv_SE. In any case, TB can be set to override date and time
format set by the system. I also don't like the backwards date format,
but need to use en_US locale, so following this how-to worked in my case
(Ubuntu and Plasma Desktop):

NB: for whatever reason they say to go to "≡ > Preferences", but it's
actually "≡ > Settings".
