Migrate Outlook into Thunderbird?

I did not use IMAP since I could not set up multiple clients like phones etc
then...

I have 3 active mail accounts handled by Outlook, each in its own PST file.
Then I have archived messages in 4 additional PST files with no account info in
them, they are just message stores organized in multiple levels like a folder
system.

I think I am good if I can just migrate all the messages into corresponding
storage in TB and also the messages inside the 3 active PST files into 3 new
account stores, which I can manually set up the server connections for.

No need to try and migrate server connections...
These are easy enough to configure manually.
