Kubuntu upgrade resolved

Short summary---
I upgraded Kubuntu to 22.04 via CLI.
But it booted up in Cinnamon - MUCH discussion here re why, not fully
resolved.
Evaluated Cinnamon a while, pretty good, but had many font/icon issues
- seemed some controlled by Cinnamon, some by KDE - not resolved.
Finally rebooted to get to KDE as suggested. Barely saw microscopic
window lower left of bootup screen, barely readable 1+ mm text, but did
have KDE as an option, so booted up KDE.
KDE now running well, I like it, plus the many font/icon issues could be
mostly resolved with just KDE running. May not be a good idea to run
parts of both desktop components at the same time.
With fewer issues, will stick with KDE and NOT run ANYTHING
closely associated with a different desktop.
