Ubuntu installers?

yes, writing code, unrelated to the size, length or language of your
scripts makes you a developer in my view ...

90% of the ubuntu users around me have never opened a terminal on their
ubuntu boxes, have no clue what a deb or a snap is and will never use
apt or the snap command unless i instruct them to with very detailed
steps to follow (and preferably with a phone call on the side with me
while they follow these instructions) ... if they want to install
software, they "click on the shopping bag" in the sidbar and click the
install button in the app ... 

they use their computer as a tool to browse the web, do office and
email tasks, play games, watch videos and listen to music. they want to
drive their car to get from A to B and not be a car mechanic ...
