Yes, yes, the different regulations in western democratic countries have
got their pros and cons.

I really like that we are allowed to be idiots, AFAIK it's an universal
regulation in the EU, Australia and the USA and some other nations.

Even if it would be forbidden to be idiots, we would be unable to handle
this, since all humans from earth [1] in one or the other way are
idiots.

For a suicide I would chose to get drunk and freeze, to kill somebody I
would chose a car or spade from behind at night and fog. No need for a
so called "weapon" at all.

Back to the topic, "assume yes" belongs into the same category, since
it's kind of a weapon!

[1] I'm not a human from earth, I'm an extraterrestrial human, a perfect
being. In Germany I'm allowed to believe in this, without threat of
forced admission to the closed psychiatric facility.
