Just upgrade 20.05, and got this message. I know what it's about, and I
know why this is the default, what interests me is why this is the
first time ever I have seen this message, although the prober has been
disabled by default since 2021, it would seem.

grub2 (2.06-1) UNRELEASED; urgency=medium

  * Boot menu entries for other operating systems are no longer
generated by
default. To re-enable this, set GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER=false in
    /etc/default/grub.

Not sure about the "UNRELEASED" though.

Regards, K.
