You are most probably correct, and as I have a V E R Y S L OW internet
connection it is far easier to Torrent an ISO and install than
do-release-upgrade "every time" worth it for LTS's though, which are the one's
I usually have, it's just I rather like (though that may be waining a little
after the last two major problems) the Unity 7.6 Ubuntu
