Ubuntu 20.04 and slow speedtest-cli

I run speedtest-cli and only get 34Mbit/s - my connection should be like 1G
or close to it.

This is on a NUC-i3
lspci
00:1f.6 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation Ethernet Connection (10)
I219-V

uname -a
5.15.0-89-generic #99-Ubuntu SMP Mon Oct 30 20:42:41 UTC 2023 x86_64 x86_64
x86_64 GNU/Linux

ethtool eno1 shows
 Speed: 1000Mb/s

On another laptop on the network I get speedtest.net of 932M

Why is the NUC-i3 so slow on the network? It supposed to be a 1G network
interface.
