well... *the cure* is usually to file a bug which developers then fix
for you ... do you know if that happened so that others will not run
into the same issue next time ? 

there is a team at mozilla working on the snap that would surely like
to know about it and there is quite a large team in canonical in case
it is an issue caused by the snap system itself ... bugs tat do not get
reported will indeed not be fixed.
