Ventoy USB fails to boot

Many thanks, Ralf.

They referred me to https://ventoy.net/en/doc_secure.html, which,
despite the fast motion video, helped solve the problem.

Note of caution: ventoy uses relatively low screen res, so on my 2k
17" laptop screen, the writing is tiny.
