yes it has got! You can google for "fake USER AGENT string when using
curl or wget" to irritate Microsoft.

Note, if you want to order something from an Internet shop, your IP,
your USER AGENT string, as well as ordering from the shop's website
directly or via links from different "find the cheapest shop" portals
result in extremely different prices for an order from the same shop.
