HP Elitebook - unwanted "cursor up" presses keep on occurring.

Hi,

I have a mostly working HP EliteBook 8730w laptop running Ubuntu 22.04.2
LTS (x86_64).

The main problem is that the keyboard appears to be generating unwanted
preses of "cursor up". It affects the BIOS, Ubuntu 22.04.1 and 22.04.2.

Any ideas?
