actually I don't know what to do. It's a while back that I tried
https://ubuntu.com/security/esm . That time the "free for personal use"
wasn't supported and IIRC I never got a reply to a "Contact us" request.
Consider to take a look and please report back.

However, the good news, support was _not_ "dropped several years ago".
