I thought that was fairly obvious for 5.1..0-39-generic and 5.13.0-37-generic. 
The error message is:
error: file `/boot/vmlinuz-5.13.0-39-generic' not found.

For 4.13.0-46-generic the error messgae is:
error: bad shim signature.
possibly because it is old, from Jun 11 2018.  I do not know why it has not
been deleted before now.
