Need information

Hi All,

I am trying to override the systemd service limits for number of open files
soft limit for a specific
service by issuing the following command:

#systemctl edit nova-compute

It is creating a override.conf file automatically and saving the new
values. But even after a
systemctl daemon-reload, the value of the number of open files limit is
same as earlier and it is not changed. I  am verifying it by "systemctl
show <service-name>  | grep LimitNOFILE"  ..

I am trying to set the soft  limit from 1024 to 2048 for this service.  But
it is not changing.

Please help me with this issue.
