You don't really need an ISP you need a hosting provider that allows
ssh access. There are many and a search will find them. I use
TsoHost but that's more because of reasons other than it having ssh
login available.

That only works of course if the remote machine has firefox on it and
will allow you to run it there. My UK ssh accounts (apart from my own
machines) tend to be command line only.
