Yes, I used to do this, but I don't live in the UK and I don't have any 
accounts there any more, and I suspect the hassle of trying to open a 
new login account with an ISP these days when you have a foreign address 
isn't worth it.

If you do have such access, though, logging in with ssh -X (or -Y) and 
then using firefox --no-remote will execute FF on the remove machine but 
open its window on your local system.
